Erin Heatherton ‘s diet tip

Erin Heatherton says being a Victoria's Secret Angel has taught her about maintaining a good diet. The blonde beauty says understanding women need to eat healthily as well as exercise has given her the killer body that led her to become one of the lingerie brand's elite models alongside the likes of Miranda Kerr and Adriana Lima. She said: "I've learned a lot about diet in my years of being an Angel. A mistake a lot of girls make is that they work out but don't eat enough. If you're not eating enough, all the work outs are doing, it's not going to show. You could be doing a million butt lifts, but your butt is not going to get any bigger because there is nothing to build on. Your body needs food to make that happen." Got it, girls?

Bag Guard

Do you want to learn how to protect your leather handbag?  Then follow the tips of an expert! According to accessories designer Anya Hindmarch, people should "moisturise" their bags, so it can last for several years, but only if you are taken care of in the right way. She told the new edition of InStyle magazine: "You should be able to keep it and revisit it, even over the generations. It's a good idea to retire them, give them a bit of a rest and then bring them back. When you store them, stuff them rather than leave them empty. If they get wet, let them dry naturally and it's important to polish them - leather is like skin you need to keep it supple by putting on some moisturiser." If you want to try to restore shine of your handbag, give a go!
